Editing Your Transcript
You cannot edit classes in your transcript that have been locked
by administrators. Complete the following steps to edit your transcript:
- From Your Class Portfolio page, under User Tools, click the Edit Transcript button. Course Insite® displays a page where you can submit a class to be added to your transcript or edit a class that you have already submitted.
Complete the following steps to submit a class to be added to your transcript:
- Type the name of the class you want to add to your transcript in the Class Name field. This field is required.
- Type the date that this item was entered on your transcript in the Status Date field. The Status Date
field defaults to the current date and time. The transcript classes
appear under the "Transcript" sction of the User Portfolio. Note: Once
an uploaded class has been approved, it cannot be edited by the user.
- Type the due date for the class in the Due Date field.
- Type the number of CE credits you received for the class in the CE Credits field. This field is required.
- Type the number of GT credits you received for the class in the GT Credits field. This field is required.
- Click the Create button. Course Insite® will display the new class in the Edit Submitted Classes section of this page for editing.
- Complete the following steps to edit a class that you have already submitted to your transcript:
- Find the class you want to edit in the Edit Submitted Classes section.
- If necessary, edit the name of the class in the Class Name field. This field is required.
- If necessary, edit the status date in the Status Date field.
- If necessary, edit the due date for the class in the Due Date field.
- If necessary, edit the number of CE credits you received for the class in the CE Credits field. This field is required.
- If necessary, edit the number of GT credits you received for the class in the GT Credits field. This field is required.
- Click the Update button to make the changes to your transcript.
Note: Click the Delete button below a class entry if you want to completely delete it from your transcript.
