You can view some course-specific FAQs and the system-wide general FAQs before you login. This is a good place to go if you are just starting a class. Many classes have a FAQ where you can read common questions and their answers. Complete the following steps to view the FAQs:

1. To access the Course FAQs page click on the Portfolio Tools menu and select the FAQ's option.
2. Click the name of the course link to view that course's FAQs.

1. Scroll down to the General FAQs heading to view the system-wide general FAQs.
2. Click on a question link to view its answer.
3. Click the User Login button in the menu bar to return to the Login Screen page.
