Your administrator may restrict your ability to access all, or part, of a class and the system as a whole. The following list explains some of these constraints:

• Prerequisites—Some classes require you to pass other classes before you can register. Prerequisites are listed in the Class Catalog. Some classes have tests you must pass before you can access the next test or section of online content.
• Plugins—Classes may require browser plugins to view some of the content. If you do not have these plugins, you can download them from your Class Portfolio by clicking the Get Plugins link for that class. See the Getting Plugins for a Class topic for a detailed description of how to get plugins.
• Due Dates—For some classes you must pass all the test before a due date. Course Insite^® will send warning e-mails three days before, five days before, and on the due date. If the due date passes and you have not completed the class, you will receive notification e-mail.
• Group Membership—Administrators can use groups to manage students and the classes they take. The groups you are assigned to determine what classes you can take.
