Searching the Class Catalog

Complete the following steps to search the Class Catalog:

  1. Find the search tools at the top of the Class Catalog.

  1. Check any number of the following boxes to indicate the type of course for which you are searching:
    • Instructor-Led—Traditional classes that take place in a classroom with an instructor. Course Insite® manages registration and other administrative tasks for these classes, but not content.
    • Web-Based—Classes where the content is delivered via webpages. Web-based classes can be either self-paced or facilitated by an instructor.
    • Mixed—Classes that incoporate elements of both live and web-based instruction.
    • External—Web-based classes that are offered through the Course Insite® system but are being delivered by an outside vendor.
  2. Type any keywords for which you want to search the Class Catalog into the Keywords text box. You can also leave this text box empty.
  3. Type the class registration date after which you want to search in the Registration Begins After text box. You can also leave this text box empty.
  4. Type the class registration date before which you want to search in the Registration Begins Before text box. You can also leave this text box empty.
  5. Click the Search button to display all the classes that match the search criteria you entered.

    Note: If you did not enter any dates or keywords, Course Insite® will display all classes.
